provides long-term access to central-venous systems for blood specimen withdrawal and administration of fluids and medication
Vortex technology: A round chamber and tangential outlet generate a flushing action to hyper-cleanse the entire chamber. This helps to eliminate dead spaces and prevent build-up thrombus, while reducing the risk of occlusion and infection (1).
Endexo® technology: A permanent, non-eluting polymer is “blended” into the catheter’s material (polyurethane), including extraluminal, intraluminal, and tip surfaces. This makes the catheter more resistant to thrombus accumulation for the life of the catheter.
