Celt ACD®

Vasorum has developed a revolutionary approach to vascular puncture closure. The Celt ACD® (short for arterial closure device) is a biocompatible 316 LVM implant made from stainless steel. It closes openings quickly and securely, using the existing procedure sheath. It is available in three sizes, for a 5F, 6F, and 7F sheath compatibility. This allows for rapid hemosthasis after endovascular procedures without exchanging sheaths before deployment.

3 steps to rapid hemostasis

Clockwise rotation of handle to open distal set of wings (inside puncture site).
While pulling the Celt ACD® gently towards the puncture site of the vessel, do an anti-clockwise rotation of the handle to open proximal set of wings (outside of puncture site).
After checking the correct position, release the implant.
